Immunization

During the enrollment process, we require parents to provide a copy of the most recent immunization records of their child or a copy of an exemption if they choose that option.

As a certified preschool, we are required to communicate the current immunization rates for Lane County and that of our school. Please find them below, updated 11 May 2026. This chart can also be accessed here under "The Little French School."
